Revolution Group Ticket FAQ

Q. What are my options if my scheduled match is cancelled, or played without fans?

A. All group ticket holders for the 2021 Revolution home matches will have the option for a full refund or credit for any matches that are cancelled or played without fans. For full Gillette Stadium ticket terms, click here.

Q. Will we be able to sit together as a group?

A. We will operate in accordance with MLS and Massachusetts guidelines to safely seat you and your group. In the event that social distancing measures are in place, we will make efforts to seat your group as closely as possible to each other.

Q. Where can my group park?

A. When you arrive, our parking staff will direct you to the best lot. This will be determined by the time and direction from which you arrived at the stadium. There is no charge for parking for regular season matches.

Q. Can my group reserve their own parking Lot?

A. Groups of 250 or more will be given the opportunity to reserve their own parking area, please reach out to your group sales representative prior to your event to arrange this.

Q. How do I access my ticket and am I able to transfer my tickets to individuals in my group?

A. You can access or transfer your tickets through Account Manager or through the Gillette Stadium App. To access your Account Manager, Click Here. You can also use the Gillette stadium app (Here).

Q. How do I reset my password for Account Manager?

A. You may reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the Account Manager log-in page. A new password will be emailed to you.

Q. What is my deadline to purchase additional tickets?

A. Each group may have a unique deadline to purchase additional tickets. Please reach out to your group leader to confirm. You may also purchase additional tickets through your Revolution group sales representative before 5PM on the business day prior to the match.
